Paypal – a secure online payment method.
You can register online at www.paypal.com, however you do not need a Paypal account to make a payment through Paypal (you just need a valid credit card).
Taxes are only applied to residents of North Carolina.
All digital items (this includes eBooks, art prints, SVG’s, patterns, but not limited to) are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. If you’d like a commercial license to use these files in products you sell, please contact me for individual pricing.)

Refunds and Exchanges
Digital items: (this includes Crafter and Premium Studio Pass Memberships, SVG’s, eBooks, Calendars, etc) are not available for exchanges or refunds.
Handcrafted items: Each of our items is handcrafted and customized for you so we are unable to offer refunds. Please contact us if you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase within 30 days, and we will be more then happy to exchange your item with a new one. As the buyer you will be responsible for shipping costs of a returned item and once the returned item has been received a new one will be sent out.
Please keep in mind that since all of our products are made from wood so there will be beautiful and all natural knicks, knacks, cracks and holes in a variety of random locations upon the wood.
There will be no shipping refunds granted due to the above amazing characteristics, wrong color selections made by the seller or for discrepancies of wood color due to the buyers personal preferences, but we will be more than happy to exchange your item once it has been shipped back to us.
We are not responsible for errors on the part of the buyer. These include, but are not limited to: incorrect shipping address, incorrectly reading our description for the product, incorrectly reading our color wheel or measurements provided as well as not reading our policies prior to purchasing one of our products.
Please keep in mind that colors may vary with each monitor. Every effort will be made to ensure the correct colors are displayed.

We ship through USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground or FedEx (whichever is cheaper to ship to you!), but please let us know if you need your item rushed. **Expedited items will have an increase in price. Our shipping price includes all of the fees necessary to send your package, and will be put together with loving care so that it will reach you on time and in amazing condition.
All items will be created then shipped as soon as we receive payment notification, and it has been completed, customized, etc if need be.
We quote two weeks for creation, and an additional 2-7 days for shipping within the U.S. depending on your location. However, during the holidays or if an order is complicated, the processing time could increase.
The Summery Umbrella is not responsible for damaged/lost items or delivery times once your item has been shipped out. Please contact us PRIOR to checking out if you would like to purchase insurance.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:
We do our very best to ensure that your packages arrive to the postal service in perfect condition. After your package has been dropped off to be shipped we have absolutely no control on how long it will take to arrive to your location, or how your package will be handled with the courier.
