Order never arrived

Returns Policy
We are delighted to facilitate returns and exchanges for your convenience. Simply reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
Please ensure that you ship the items back to us within 20 days of delivery.
For your item to qualify for a return, it must remain unused and in its original condition, including the packaging.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll promptly send you an email confirmation acknowledging its arrival. Subsequently, we’ll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your return is approved, rest assured that your refund will be processed without delay. The credited amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t yet received your refund, we recommend taking a few steps to ensure its processing:

Exchanges

Shipping
You are accountable for covering the shipping expenses associated with returning your item, as these costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the amount equivalent to the return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service or acquiring shipping insurance. While we strive for seamless returns, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Damaged items

Wrong size
If the size you’ve received doesn’t meet your expectations, please verify that the size labeled on the garment matches the sizing chart provided. While it’s uncommon, there may have been a mislabeling issue. If so, inform us, and we’ll swiftly address the matter.
