3 Ways to Hydrate with Flavored Water
If you haven’t noticed already… I drink a lot of water. I mean, seriously, a lot-a lot. I’m not sure when this little habit started, but it’s gotten to the point that whenever I don’t drink 8+ glasses a day I feel hungover. Ugh. Definitely not a good thing at all!
So, how do I keep myself hydrated without being bored? I add yummy fruit and essential oils to keep it interesting!
Here are my top 3 Ways to Hydrate with Flavored Water:
1.) strawberries (fresh or frozen) with a drop or two of lemon essential oil
2.) blueberries (fresh or frozen) with a drop or two of lavender essential oil
3.) key lime slices (fresh) with a drop or two of tangerine essential oil
Then, I add some fresh mint (because I can’t live without it!) and yummmm-o. I’m on my way to hydration station baby!
So, how do you get lavender, lemon, and/or tangerine essential oil? You can order it through my Young Living Essential Oil page. It’s also part of the Premium Starter Kit (which comes with a diffuser to handle room odors and/or using the oils for wellness). I bought the Premium Starter Kit a month ago, and I cannot tell you how impressed I have been. Not only have I been using these products on myself, but my daughter, husband, and the dogs. I’m really not joking when I say that these products have been a lifesaver. Learn more and order yours here!
Lastly, please remember that not all essential oils are created equally. Sure, you might be able to find a better price at Walmart, but I’ll bet ya dollars to donuts that it isn’t pure and probably won’t work either!
Happy Tuesday y’all :)
